Lipsync and 2D animation looks good.
Character designs need a lot of improvement.

AnimationDwagon responds:

Thanks, thats actually my "Screenplay" not my actual version.

lol,
Looks a little like Hinata from Naruto.

AnimationDwagon responds:

Lol Thanks (wasn't trying to go for that...)

Good and interesting anime..ish character design.

The story ideas you were presenting all have potential. They just need to be fleshed out and refined.

That background is copyrighted material along with those screenshots showing up on the corner of the screen.

If you want to be a professional animator, film maker, Youtuber, etc.
You have to respect copyright.

Present your own work and not copyrighted material.

It doesn't matter if the drawings are bad (not saying that yours are).
Its your creation, and if you keep working on it and don't give up you'll achieve amazing things.

AnimationDwagon responds:

Yes I understand, that background is a placeholder (thanks for the concern.) Yes, thanks for the comment!

I'm not an expert on madness cartoons, but I personally didn't find anything wrong with the madness animations presented in this.

What did bother me was the video quality.
it needs improvement.

Still enjoyable though, keep at it:)

Thnx the most funny things is that my clip are made on mobile

The 2D animation is very good.
Particularly the train and the girl's dress and hair blowing in the breeze.

The character design of the girl needs improvement.
She looks very short and her body proportions look unrealistic.

Everything looks a bit flat and has no sense of dimension.

Overall,
Its a well made short animation:)

Its sort of funny.

Video quality needs major improvement.

Yeah,
I'm sorry for saying this but...

A lot of the character and background designs were really rough, undetailed, blocky, and unfinished.

Depending on the animator, there was some good animation and some bad animation.
And then there were still images in a sequence that resembled more of an animatic.

Everything just looked so rough and inconsistent.

Great stuff.

This hits home.
Like you said in your description
"he life that most of us artist may have experienced..."

It is true that a lot of higher ups in companies, bussiness's, etc, do not take artists seriousely and don't pay them as well as they should.

But personally.
I'm use to it.
The key is to take as much freelance work as possible, spend wisely, or get a full time job as an artist.

I know its easier said than done (especially in this economy).

But there are some amazing artists who live comfortably.

It does happen. you just got to never quit your passion and establish a reputation with people who have alot more money than you do.

Its the world we live in today and I don't like it either.

Nice.
Reminds me of some of the stuff i had to deal with when playing online fps games.
