Good 2D animation skills as in the rest of the episodes.

I like the fx (electricity) in this episode, added a little more substance to the "Booglin".

"Night Shift Charlie" lol...funny character.

I can't tell the difference between your animation style and the style of the show. Its identical.
the dialogue and the way they acted was identical too.

i wouldn't be suprised if you actually worked at the studio, where they make the show.

Rick and Morty were talking about ice cream way longer than any normal human being should, it makes me uneasy.
I'm taking a long break from ice cream.

Unfortunately,
I appreciate original characters, settings, and stories more than copyrighted work. Even if it is a fan animation or parody.

But either way,
Nicely done.

[Purgatory Dreams - Theatre of Shadows]

I liked the pixelated, vintage, old video game theme and sound effects.

But,
It needs better animation or more of it.
The lipsync was fine.

I'd do without the "pokemon" attack option box, and actually animate the fight scenes.
I know that you were trying to make this feel more like an old video game, but it's like you took the easy way out with the "attack option box".

The story was horribly depressing (especially at the end), with no point or hope for any of the main characters at any point during the story.

in all seriousness animating better fight scenes is something I wanna do in the future, Golden Sun esc battles is something i wanna start on

Great story, because it comes from the heart.
True stories are always better than made up ones.

I still don't fully understand women, but the girlfriend in your story reminds me of a girl I'm dealing with right now.

Great drawings, memorable characters, alot of emotions and alot of "feels".

The fact that this story takes place in 2006, and the reference to spike spiegel from cowboy bebop, reminded me of happier days, when i was 10 years younger.

I'm hooked on your series and its becoming one of the main reasons I ever visit newgrounds.
I look forward to next episode.

Really nice 2D Animation.
I loved the facial expressions on the characters, it really brought them to life.
It had funny, cute, slapstick kind of story.

My only gripe,

I'm harsh when it comes to copyright, because I appreciate originality more than stealing other people's work and passing it off as your own.

The snail in your movie looks too much like the character "Gary" from spongbob squarepants, except that he was purple.

This had nothing to with your video but I'm going to talk about it in this comment in order to make a point.
There was a video that's been on the front page of newgrounds for almost a month now that has copyrighted music.
It s very obvious that the creator did not have permission, yet it hasn't been taken down for copyright infringement.
i'm not gonna say which video, but you probably already know.

I remember i use to watch your cartoons back in 2003 when I was just starting highschool. I never really checked whether you made any more since then, but you did and i hav'nt known that till now.

Maybe I'm one of those stupid people your talking about.

Anyway, It was nice to see your work again on my newgrounds feed and It made me happy that your still making videos.

After all these years your style still seems the same to me.
I like the color scheme and its in the same spirit as your much older videos.
The colors, line quality, and animation is much better though.

I also agree with you that there are way too many stupid people out there and that survival of the fittest and smartest is very important for our species... any species really:)
