The animation is great.
But the character designs look a little off.

Her head is shaking too much as shes talking.
You need thinner line quality on the outlines of the characters.

Pretty intense.
That's a serious firefight.

You need to improve on your lipsync animations.
Make more mouth movements instead of the character constantly opening and closing his mouth and smiling.
